tired tired day! went sim siang choon @ changi in the morning, and then ikea @ tampines after that. super like window shopping at ikea, even though there's nothing to buy. seeing those beautifully decorated rooms always excites me! plus they added a couple more purple rooms. so much inspiration! found a lot of stuff i could get for the new house too! soooooo exciting! :D

lunchie lunch! had a simple vegetarian pasta...

...and a herring sandwich.

it looks kinda pretty but NOT NICE AT ALL! see those like black round things? super horrible taste! and the herring was raw. eeeeewwww~! i think i'll stick to salmon sashimi. -_-'''

they also ordered a whole lot of chicken wings. a DOZEN to be exact.

which they finished in less than 30 mins? lols. lalala. another meaningless post. off to continue HYD2. and it's a tired day tomorrow again. =(

here's a random post just to push down the bare room photo. lols.

been re-watching HYD 1 again for the past week. got tempted to do so after catching an episode of the korean version. i think out of the 3 versions (taiwanese, korean and japanese), i still prefer the japanese. not only are the F4 members MUCH better-looking, even makino (杉菜) is cuter and prettier. the story is also less draggy (only 9 eps!) and more interesting than the other two. i think it's one of the few dramas in which the love story can touch me again and again everytime i watch it.

been years since i last watched HYD 1, and so i only found out recently that they also had season 2, with the original cast. the plot is slightly different from the taiwanese version, although both revolve around domyoji (道明寺) ignoring makino. obviously, a young businessman having to sacrifice love for his family's business empire sounds much more interesting and exciting and touching to watch than some accident-and-lose-memory crap in the taiwanese version. barely halfway into this season and i can't wait to see what happens in the end! :D

and of course, who could forget the eye candies?

oguri shun and matsumoto jun. liked them from the gokusen and kindaichi 3 days, but they certainly look better now. ^_^

anyways, a rather meaningless post i must admit. off to continue HYD 2!

it has begun...

what i've dreaded a lot has finally begun. all the headaches, the backaches, the packing, the sweating, the shopping, the buying, the spending, the not being able to spend time with SSD...

guess what? I AM MOVING~!! and i thought it'd be kinda fun to document it part by part. lols. so here's the initial bare room:

had subway to lunch/tea today. been a long long time since i last had it. i love subway! rofl. the pickles and olives and lettuce and chillis and honey mustard and mayo...i've never been THIS happy eating bread. lol.

narnia today.

watched part 1 and 2 and this part 3 was just as nice! but too bad peter and susan wasn't in the show. apparently they were too old to enter narnia and soon lucy and edmund will be too. though i doubt that'll be the end of the narnia film series.

anyway, this installment brings lucy and edmund and their cousin into narnia again to help prince caspian defeat evil. there's the usual excitement and hilarious moments, especially when eustace turns into a dragon. overall, wonderful movie! (and prince caspian is still super hot!) :D

was already dark when we came out, and we took some time deciding where to have dinner.

and decided on coffee club. i took the herb crumbed fish fillet with hollandaise again. wasn't as nice as the first time i tried it. there wasn't enough hollandaise and the fish was a little too hard.

SSD tried the seafood ciopinno. i don't know about him, but i didn't quite like the sauce. and there was this huge soft shell crab on the top. eeks!

shiok lah! got pram to sit and fan to cool it (even though it's freezing cold inside already). looks super cute and cuddly and fluffy and just like a soft hugable bear. awwww~
