february black box

earlier this week i received a call from the courier guy, saying that i had a parcel and there was no one at home to receive it. felt curious cos i wasn't expecting anything. or so i thought. totally forgot i had signed up for the black box! arranged for another delivery on saturday and look what greeted me when i woke up.

if you've heard of the vanity trove box,  the black box is a similar concept, sending products and samples every 2 months. it's like a mini surprise cos the stuff inside is always different.

pretty sure that little bag there is hand-packed. here's all the stuff inside!

it also came with some vouchers.

got it all for free! =) if you want yours too, you can sign up for the april black box here.

i'm having a baby!!

if you've been following me on twitter, you might have noticed me (or not!) mentioning "popo" several times. she's my new baby! although...she's slightly older than me in human years. lol. bet you'd already guessed what who "popo" is.
say hello to my sweet baby!

awwwwwwww! she's a +/- 4 year old pappy which i met last week and finally got to bring her home yesterday! although she's been super un-socialized, totally not trained, timid, freaked out and all that. but she's starting to warm up (she peed everywhere though) and i can't wait to see a trained, bubbly, lively, busybody, bouncy, and friendly popo, the way happy pappys should be! =P

oh, and happy v-day everyone!

SEA aquarium: a photolog

finally visited the over-rated aquarium at RWS. went on a public holiday and the crowd was horrendous. 家鄉面 was the emptiest so we had that for lunch. their curry sauce is da bomb! XD

walked into sentosa after lunch and almost fainted when i saw the queue at the ticketing counter. almost fainted again when i saw that we also had to queue to go in!  -_-||| waited for slightly more than an hour before we managed to get into the museum. inside, queuing up to enter the aquarium took almost 45mins. 我的媽呀!!

there were so many people crowding around the exhibits; i kinda lost all the mood already. somehow majority of the photos taken turned out blur. damn sad. so here are just a few that 見得了人.

it's definitely larger than the underwater world, especially the huge aquarium with the manta rays, and it was nice to just sit there watching it swim around. but to be honest, it houses similar exhibits and i don't see why we need two of the same attraction. even with our 30% discount i actually don't think it's worth a visit at all. =\

oh wells. then walked back to vivo for dinner and settled for thai accent. pretty yummy, especially the clear tomyum soup (with lots of ingredients) and seafood glass noodles. the price however, was a whopping $80! first and last time definitely.

happy v-day! *muacks*
