i am bored with it all.

my life has been pretty monotonous lately. work took up majority of my precious weekday nights. weekends were a little better.

under recommendation from PL, we went to watch the other guys.

she made it out to be SO hilarious, that it turned out to be quite a disappointment. majority of the 'jokes' were crude and cold, and the ones that actually made me laugh...well, i could count them off one hand. hmmm. perhaps it's my problem, cos the other people were laughing at almost everything. tsk.

i guess i could spare one spoiler. the funniest part would probably be the scene where the rock and his partner jumped off a building for nothing and died. i totally wasn't expecting it. lols. another spoiler: do stay after the credits for this 'funny' restaurant scene. =\

sighh. where have all the good movies gone to?! i'm wondering if it's gonna be worth the time and money to watch the ga'hoole owls anymore.

f1 on sunday was yet another major disappointment. guess i shouldn't expect any more miracles to happen. first a 5-place grid penalty for changing his gearbox and then further gearbox problems during the race. even more maddening when he was so close to chasing alonso! hais. 2010 season is seemingly over for hamilton. tsk.

a nice weekend

021010 - saturday

complimentary slimming massage session at body contours was lovely. pretty painful, but the thought of all those fats breaking down just makes me happy. lols. pity i didn't get a chance to try the milk bath. next time!

then went for lunch at manhattan's. aunt wanted to try it.

coleslaw with raisins. SSD doesn't eat = more for us! =P

fried mushrooms. nice! but quantity a little not enough...

giant seafood platter for 3 - fish fillet, prawns, sotongs, mushrooms, fries and garlic rice. yums!

and finished with mudpie!

super fattening but so yummy. i likes! :D

then came back and spent the whole afternoon watching SSD fix his lappy and my comp, while playing tapdefence on his iphone. i love that game. lol.

and SSD cooked dinner for me! =D even though it's only maggi mee. =\ *muacks*

SSD came over again and we drove out to get groceries. (me likes.) i cooked again today! :D invited aunt over for dinner as well.

seafood tomyum soup with fishball, prawns, and button/enoki/oyster/shiitake mushrooms!

initially looking at the amount of food, i thought it was overkill. so i was pretty surprised when only a bowl of soup was left! i hope they really did enjoy the food and not because they just want to give me face. =\ nevertheless, i had fun today.

then watched i-robot. i love cuddling on the sofa. lol. when can we have more of this??

happy children's day!

instead of children's day, we celebrated our 10th monthsary at central's waraku, again. wanted to have watami so i could test iphone cam, but the queue was horrible. little did we know that waraku was the same. waiting time was far longer than the 15 mins that we were initially told, and even after we got a table, food took super long to arrive.

and we became bored.

lols. and finally...

tasted super nice today; or perhaps i was simply too hungry. then went for a short walk and home sweet home. time spent with SSD also seem to pass so fast. and i miss him already. boo. :(

fruitful dinner though. apparently the iphone cam had a new update, so i tested it today. photos looked quite clear under lighting. but have yet to test it under dim lighting. hmmm. since i've decided to get the iphone, must abstain from complaining no matter how much i want to! lols. boy i sure am gonna miss satio baby. tsk.
